If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our website and services.

2. Scope of Commercial Services

Nathan Logistics operates a regional courier, parcel distribution, next-day delivery, doorstep pickup, open-box delivery, warehousing, and bulk shipment network primarily across Tamil Nadu. All service fulfillments are subject to operational feasibility, valid serviceable pincodes, and compliance with applicable regional and national transportation statutes.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided during registration, account creation, or shipment booking (including sender/recipient addresses, weight declarations, and contact details) is completely accurate and verifiable.
Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account access details and accept absolute liability for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Strict Prohibited Items and Cargo Restrictions

You strictly warrant and covenant that you will not tender any shipment containing prohibited, illegal, or restricted goods, including:

Hazardous, toxic, flammable, radioactive, or corrosive materials.
Narcotic substances, psychotropic drugs, illegal contraband, or unprescribed pharmaceuticals.
Counterfeit products, stolen properties, unlicensed firearms, ammunition, or military-grade equipment.
Currency, uncrossed negotiable instruments, bullion, precious stones, and high-value jewelry.
Perishable commodities, live animals, or biological specimens lacking prior certified clearance.
Indemnity: Violation of this clause exposes the sender to immediate service termination, asset seizure, and full indemnification of Nathan Logistics against all civil liabilities, criminal penalties, and regulatory fines incurred.

5. Pricing, Billing, and Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

Tariffs: Service fees are calculated based on volumetric weight, physical dimensions, transit distance, and selected service tiers. We reserve the right to modify pricing schedules at any time without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD consignments, collection and remittance are executed strictly in accordance with our institutional payout cycles. Senders are strictly liable for verifying recipient authenticity. Nathan Logistics acts solely as an intermediary for cash collection and assumes no liability for disputed transactions between merchants and end-buyers beyond standard remittance obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability and Transit Risks

Next-Day Delivery & Timelines: While our next-day delivery framework across major Tamil Nadu hubs is optimized for speed, timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Force Majeure: Nathan Logistics shall bear zero liability for any failure, delay, or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather phenomena, civil unrest, road blockades, vehicle strikes, government actions, or telecommunication network failures.
Liability Cap: In the event of proven loss, damage, or misplacement of a shipment directly attributable to gross negligence by Nathan Logistics, our maximum institutional liability is strictly capped at the lesser of the actual documented value of the goods or standard carrier liability limits, provided a formal, written claim with supporting evidence is lodged within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled delivery date.

7. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, including formation or breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within Tamil Nadu, India.

Next-Day Delivery: Guaranteed next-business-day transit to major urban zones across Tamil Nadu, conditional upon consignments meeting daily cutoff times.
Doorstep Pickup: Scheduled on-demand collection from designated residential, commercial, or warehouse locations.
Open-Box Delivery Protocols: Designed to maximize recipient trust by permitting visual inspection of merchandise contents in the presence of our delivery executive prior to final sign-off and payment acceptance.

3. Failed Delivery Protocols & Reattempts

Our delivery personnel are mandated to execute up to two (2) delivery attempts for any standard package.
If a recipient is unreachable or refuses delivery, the parcel enters temporary holding status. If unresolvable, the shipment is returned to the origin facility, and return-to-origin (RTO) shipping fees will be billed directly to the shipper.

4. Enhanced Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Strict Cancellation Windows

Pickup and courier service bookings may be cancelled without penalty only prior to the dispatch or physical assignment of our delivery personnel.
Once a parcel has been picked up, processed through a local hub, or entered active transit lines, cancellations are permanently disabled, and full service fees apply.

2. Strict Refund Eligibility Criteria

Monetary refunds for shipping charges or transactional errors are evaluated exclusively under these conditions:

Duplicate billing events caused by payment gateway processing errors.
Proved institutional service failures directly resulting from a material breach of contract by Nathan Logistics (excluding force majeure events, incorrect address inputs, or shipments containing restricted items).

All verified refunds are processed systematically and credited back to the original source account or bank instrument within 5 to 7 business days.
